Our unique fee structure means that landlords and sellers pay our fees, providing you with professional representation at no cost to you. Here’s how our services are structured:

Tenant Representation

Tenant representation fees are generally paid by landlords and property owners at market rate commissions, which are contingency-based. This means:

  • No Retainer Required: We do not require a retainer fee to start working with you.
  • No Hourly Fees: Our clients are not charged by the hour.
  • Market-Driven Fees: Our fees are consistent across all building alternatives and driven by market rates.
  • Contingency-Based Payment: We only get paid when we successfully complete a transaction for our client.

Program, Project, and Construction Management

Our program, project, and construction management fees are flexible and can be structured to meet your specific needs. Standard industry compensation methods include:

Our lease audit services are offered on a contingency success basis. This means:

Planning and design fees are similar to lease administration and advisory services, tailored to your specific needs. Our team assists with:
